Luton Airport changed its layout in 2024 — the express drop-off and pickup is now at Terminal Car Park 2, a short, signposted walk from arrivals. Standard pickup happens here. If you'd prefer the driver to meet you in arrivals with a name board, add Meet & Greet (+£15) at booking.

Driver waits inside arrivals holding a board with your name. Useful for first-time visitors, language barriers, or if you've got a lot of luggage and want help straight away. Add at booking.
